Training allowance(Ausbildungsvergütung):

  • 1st year of training: € 930.00

  • 2nd year of training: € 1,050.00

  • 3rd year of training: € 1,100.00

  • Working hours: 37.5-39 hour a week

    Bonus payments : you will get some bonus amount in case of good performance.

Ausbildung Pflegefachmann/Pflegefachfrau

Requirements:

  • Minimum higher secondary school certificate (12th grade)/successful school leaving certificate.

  • Current diploma or certificates in Nursing (optional)

  • Motivational Letter

  • Minimum B2 Goethe/Telc Certificate

    (We Recommended at least C1)

  • Interest in nursing, medicine, law and administration

The training normally lasts three years. It is divided into theoretical and practical phases. You will spend most of your time in different facility for elderly care and will learn the theory in block courses that usually last several weeks. There will also be external assignments in child and nursing facilities. After three years, you will have a state final examination and will be a qualified nurse.

You will be supervised by experienced nursing staff and manage the everyday lives of older people. Nursing knowledge also includes a broad, basic medical knowledge and you will learn how to respond professionally to the needs and problems of people in need of care. Because nursing is always relationship work.

  • Your qualification is recognised throughout the EU. This means you can work as a nurse in many different European countries.

  •  

  • In nursing, there are rapid advancement opportunities and further training opportunities to become a clinical instructor, residential care manager, nursing service manager or facility manager.

  •  

  • With your training you can then also study nursing at university.
